The room we booked was huge and large with shower, the most amazing views, as for instance as advertised. The location of the hotel was amazing and incredible, by underground. Plus, it was close to the metro or the bus stop, the Coliseum and the Forum and Colosseum.

The location was marvellous and fantastic: a market and shops were within walking distance. The rooms were neat and spotless with required things, like a coffeemaker and a kettle.

The location is brilliant and awesome, restaurants and bars were near to the hotel. Thanks to all efficient and excellent staff.

I had an amazing stay at a B&B with stunning views of the Colosseum. The spacious room comfortably accommodated my group of four adults. The location was perfect for our tight schedule, allowing us to easily visit the Colosseum and other main attractions within walking distance. The suite with a view was impressive, and the sight of the Colosseum from inside the amphitheater was unforgettable. Despite a few drawbacks like the lack of AC in July and some noise from neighboring rooms, I would highly recommend this hotel for its incredible location and view. I had a great experience at Ht N°9 Colosseo.

Hotel is quite well located (both for business and pleasure), charming, clean and reasonably-priced. Owner was very attentive and accomodating to client's needs, perhaps due to low occupancy on particular travel dates.

Guest unit to left of hotel entrance had a very serious design flaw, in that the door to the room which opens first from the right half is interrupted by a wall and does not allow much room for a reasonably thin/fit person to go through without some problems and/or opening the left half of the door, which was also a unfriendly process. It was suggested to the owner to look into redesigning the door, otherwise future guests would have similar difficulties and/or face problems that may have worse repercusions.

Beautiful apartments, fantastic view of the Colosseum, very clean and very comfortable. Friendly owners. Fantastic location! Close to the Colosseo metro, some great restaurants on the street level, taxis outside the door, the Colosseum across the street. Easy to find. Very highly recommended!

I absolutely loved the breathtaking view of the Colosseum from my suite. It was like a magical wonder both day and night. The location was excellent, just 300m from the Colosseum entrance. Being so close to everything made it easy to explore and enjoy this city. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, with a special mention to Melina who provided exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing view, convenient location, and the warm hospitality of the staff.

Wierd noises coming from the plumbing at 3 am and also from outside it was hard to sleep

We loved the kindness and gentleness of the hosts: Milena and Diego, they were always ready to attend our every need, and their advices and informations about what to visit and where to eat and shop were quite usefull. The room has a 50's touch, good size and incredible landscape - you lie in bed with the Colosseum in front of you!! The geographic placement is the main asset of this hotel! We strongly recommend a visit.

The only downside is the constant trafic noise. Unfortunatly, around the Colosseum lies one of the zones with most trafic in Rome, cars, buses and a tramway. It can make your night difficult if you are a light sleeper!

The queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was huge. I loved the breakfast with a huge variety of EXCELLENT food.

The location was unbeatable - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The property was set in a local area...

Exceptionally nice and beautiful units with super comfy beds, fresh towels, as for instance, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating. Location: the hotel was really close to all monuments, bars, and restaurant.
